Tonight's workout was an EDGE workout at The RAC, very similar to a Crossfit WOD:
7 exercises/7 reps/7 rounds:
Jumping Jack/Pushup
Clean & Press
Squat/Touch/Leap
Knees to Elbows
Burpees
Power Lunges
Pull Ups
OH BOY! It took about 30 minutes - a tough, sweaty 30 minutes! But I loved every second of it & it kicked my butt!
