Training Tip #14 - ABS!


666 Ab Workout

Bicycle Sit-Up (left side)
Hip Lifts (left side)
Thread the Needle (left side)
Bicycle Sit-Up (right side)
Hip Lifts (right side)
Thread the Needle (right side)

Perform 6 reps of each exercise then rest 20 seconds.
Repeat 6 times total.
